Ingredients

  • Baby Spinach

  • Carrots

  • Broccoli

  • Beetroot

  • White Cabbage

  • Red Cabbage

  • Butternut

  • Green or Red or Yellow Pepper or all three

  • Fresh Herbs

  • Defrosted Soya Beans

  • Pesto

  • Sprinkle of Sunflower seeds (Raw & Roasted- Raw is for goodness, and roasted is for flavour)

  • Salad Dressing of your choice or one of mine..Fabulous Salad Dressing

Directions

  • Put on some music, and take out everything you want to add… Start with mixed greens
  • Slice, julienne or grate to your liking
  • Make it look nice
  • Breathe it into your system while prepping
  • Enjoy the journey and love the process
