Carrots
Broccoli
Beetroot
White Cabbage
Red Cabbage
Butternut
Green or Red or Yellow Pepper or all three
Fresh Herbs
Defrosted Soya Beans
Pesto
Sprinkle of Sunflower seeds (Raw & Roasted- Raw is for goodness, and roasted is for flavour)
Salad Dressing of your choice or one of mine..Fabulous Salad Dressing
Directions
- Put on some music, and take out everything you want to add… Start with mixed greens
- Slice, julienne or grate to your liking
- Make it look nice
- Breathe it into your system while prepping
- Enjoy the journey and love the process
