1 eggwhite mix vigorously with fork till well blended
70grams digestive buiscuts crush roughly and mix with eggwhite above
add 1 tblspoon oats
add 1 tblspoon crushed (okkerneute) or pecans
add 60gms melted butter
in muffen pan spray and cook and add circle of wax paper to bottom of each bowl
place contents in to form the base of tarts, press with spoon and put into fridge
250gms creamcheese – press fork and spread
150gms peas – mush into paste
add 2 eggs
add 30gms parmesan
salt and pepper
add 1 tblspoon chopped mint
add 1 tblspoon chopped thyme
add 1 tblspoon chopped parsley
bake for 25 minutes
