This is super quick and easy to make…filled with healthy ingredients.

2 cups NuttyWheat
1 cup Oats
1 cup of crushed mixed nuts and seeds
1 tablespoon honey
3/4 teaspoon salt
2 level teaspoons of bicarb of soda
500mls Buttermilk
Directions
- Put oven on at 180 degrees Celsius and bake & cook spray one or two Bread pans
- Mix all dry ingredients together
- Add wet ingredients and immediately add to pans.
- Bake for 50 – 60 minutes. (I find ovens vary.. but you can smell this bread Yum)
