Ingredients

  • 2 cups NuttyWheat

  • 1 cup Oats

  • 1 cup of crushed mixed nuts and seeds

  • 1 tablespoon honey

  • 3/4 teaspoon salt

  • 2 level teaspoons of bicarb of soda

  • 500mls Buttermilk

Directions

  • Put oven on at 180 degrees Celsius and bake & cook spray one or two Bread pans
  • Mix all dry ingredients together
  • Add wet ingredients and immediately add to pans.
  • Bake for 50 – 60 minutes. (I find ovens vary.. but you can smell this bread Yum)
