Cancellation Policy:

We understand that circumstances can change, and sometimes you may need to cancel your retreat booking. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both participants and our organization. Please read the policy carefully.

Cancellation Time Frames and Refunds:

-More than 30 Days Before the Retreat: If you cancel more than 30 days before the retreat start date, you will receive a full refund minus a processing fee of 10% of the total cost.
-14 to 30 Days Before the Retreat: If you cancel 14 to 30 days before the retreat, you will receive a 50% refund of the total cost.
-Less than 14 Days Before the Retreat: No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 14 days before the retreat. However, you may transfer your booking to another person.
Medical and Family Emergencies:

In the case of a medical or family emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. Full refunds or credits towards future retreats may be granted on a case-by-case basis, especially with appropriate documentation.
Transfer Policy: -You may transfer your booking to another individual up to 7 days before the retreat without any additional fees. Please notify us in writing with the details of the new participant.
Cancellation by the Organizer: If we need to cancel the retreat for any reason, you will receive a full refund of all payments made. Alternatively, you can transfer your payment to another retreat date or event if you prefer.
Deposits and Payment Plans:
Payment Plans: Participants on payment plans must adhere to the agreed payment schedule. The same cancellation terms apply to all payments made.
