Return & Refund Policy
We value your trust and aim to provide exceptional service. Please read our return and refund terms carefully before booking.
- SCIO Biofeedback Sessions
Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session.
Late Cancellations or No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment, or missed appointments, will be charged in full.
Refunds: Payments for completed sessions are non-refundable, as the service has already been delivered. If you prepaid and cancel with at least 24 hours’ notice, we will gladly refund you or apply the amount to a future booking.
- Retreat Bookings
Deposit: A non-refundable deposit (amount specified on your retreat listing) is required to secure your spot.
Cancellations:
Cancellations made 30 days or more before the retreat start date will be refunded, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
Cancellations made less than 30 days before the retreat start date are non-refundable, unless we can fill your place from a waiting list. In that case, you will be refunded minus the deposit.
Changes by Us: If we must cancel or reschedule a retreat for any reason, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to a future date.
